This course will provide an exploratory foundation in financial and investing operations. This is an 18 week course.

I am sure that more than a few parents have heard this as students logged into StudentVue to see their schedules. I completely understand. In fact, I probably would have said the same thing to my parents back in middle school. Parents, please assure your student that this class is relevant and even exciting. Together we will learn how banks operate, how to create and live with a budget, save money for retirement, and how to properly insure ourselves. We will explore how technology is changing the financial world and practice the skills required for a 21st century work force.
